L. F. & W. W. Carter, Bristol, Conn. double dial shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement with B. B. Lewis perpetual calendar mechanism in a rosewood veneered case. The nicely finished rosewood case has minor veneer chips on the two base returns. The original paper dial shows age but is in very good condition. The calendar dial is in excellent condition. The hour hand is original, but the minute hand is a replaced. The door glasses are original. Overall a nice example of this model.
