Clocks- 2 (Two): (1) English, walnut cased Regency bracket clock, 8 day, time and strike double fusee brass movement, dial signed Bankman, London, c1830; (2) English, 8 day, time and strike double fusee brass movement bracket clock, c1860 (1) Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in an old finish has a wood strip missing on the front corners. The side panels have veneer damage and are cracked at the carrying handles. The back door has damage on the top cross strip. Fabric behind the brass grills is missing. The supporting base for the movement is new. Original painted dial has scattered areas of paint loss. The dial looks to have a surface coating that has turned yellow over time. Minute hand is missing and the hour hand is a Conn. shelf clock replacement; (2) Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in original finish has a small veneer piece missing on the right edge, the right bottom corner, a couple shrinkage and hairline cracks in the veneer. There is a little damage at the right side movement support screw. Original painted dial is now has a modern paper dial pasted over. Front door lock is missing. Fabric behind the brass side grills is missing. The supporting base for the movement is new. Hands are modern and too short. Measurement is for this clock.
