The walnut case has been refinished very lightly. The original painted time dial and calendar dial are both in good condition and show aging. The hour hand, minute hand and seconds bit all appear to be original. The calendar hand is original. The movement is signed. There is a nice black and gilt Seth Thomas label inside the case which provides directions for the calendar mechanism. The calendar drum papers have darkened with age. The door glass and Fashion signature appear to be original.
