Seth Thomas, Plymouth, Conn., "Off Center Pillar and Scroll" clock with a weight driven 30 hour time and strike wooden movement in a mahogany veneered case. The mahogany case has been refinished. The strap plate movement is correct. The case has a nice interior label. The painted dial has had some of the numerals strengthened, but is handsome with an eagle in the center. The hands proper Thomas style finials may be newer. The tablet is new (by Tom Moberg) and the top door glass is replaced. Overall, a nice example of a scarce model.
