the case been refinished and no longer has dark graining that was applied at the factory. There is a 3" repair/insert at bottom of lower door. The dial and tablets have been professionally repainted. The pendulum bob has concentric engraving and is original, with a small dent. Retains original weight with lead keystone to hold hook. This method of securing the hook is rarely seen after 1890.
