Howard & Davis, Boston, Mass., "Regulator No. 1" banjo wall clock, rosewood grain painted cherry case with Roman numeral, painted metal dial with diamond hands, reverse painted tablets, 8 day, time only, weight driven movement and damascened pendulum bob this is a superb example in original condition. The case retains its outstanding rosewood grained finish. The dial has minor inpaint surrounding the mounting screws. The reverse painted tablets are original and look great. The case bottom has had a repair due to a falling weight. The damascened pendulum bob and rod, hands weight and crank are all original.
