case in original finish, has a tight crack in the right side front piece. There is a shrinkage crack in the wood piece that supports the dial. The original painted dial has a small flake just above the winding arbor. Original hands, gilt pendulum rod and bob and beat scale. Original flocked paper inner case backing. Weight pulley may be replaced. Lower finials may have had minor repairs. Overall, a nice example of this rare Welch model.
