(1) There is veneer loss in several areas. The case top (chimneys and splat) is missing as are the hands, door glasses and weights; (2) The case has significant veneer loss and the top is currently disassembled and inside the case. The painted dial has horizontal loss lines. (3) The case has been refinished. There are several areas of veneer loss. The original painted dial has darkened with age around the edge. The hands are original. The scroll appears old and other examples of T. M. Roberts clocks are known with this scroll top. The finial is a modern replacement. The lower tablet is a replacement. The center mirror is newer.
