either the faux grain or veneer have been stripped off this clock, and now with shellac over the pine. The original [cracked] tablet of Washington is included in the lot, and the tablet in the door has been nicely painted to match the original. With super inside label. This is an uncommon clock that came out of an old timer's collection. Zoom into photo to see how well the ripple has been inlaid into the moldings.
