John Bell, Hexham, England, 30 hour, time and bell strike, single weight driven movement, c. 1830, in an American walnut case with three brass finials and painted metal dial the walnut case retains an old finish. The hood has been rebuilt to fit the English one day endless chain movement. The finials are replacements. The dial is in good condition with flaking on calendar wheel. Hands are replaced and not a proper style.
