case has an old finish has damage at the top left side of the crest and the center ball is missing. Painted dial is a replacement. The escape arbor is bent at the front plate. Original hands. Mounting posts on the movement are missing. Nickel plated pendulum. Bottom glass is missing. Case was supplied by Seth Thomas as it is identical to a Regulator No. 30.
