Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Capitol" model wall timepiece, 8- day double spring movement with seconds bit below 12, in an oak case. the metal facial figure of Diana has been painted dark brown, should be gold, and the finish has been rubbed / cleaned wtih steel wool and then waxed; othewise this clock appears in good original condition. Retains original paper dial that has gone dark; Ansonia trademark shows clearly. Large cast beat scale intact in bottom of case. Brass pendulum bob is clean with NO dents. Seems to run OK.
