Refinished oak case in nice condition Original painted dial is very clean. Original hands. Movement is clean. Original supports for the dry cells are still in the case. We did not attached batteries or test the movement, but it looks complete and in good condition. The case was supplied by Seth Thomas as it is identical to a Regulator no. 30.
