The case retains its original finish. The case bottom is a replacement which is not veneered but looks good with the clock. The 8 day weight is a modern weight. The original painted dial has yellowed slightly with age. The hands appear to be replacements. The door glasses are original with a nice gilt and black bottom tablet. The label inside the case is excellent.
