Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in old finish has a small repair on the bottom door. Dial has been repainted. Throat tablet looks to be original. Bottom tablet is a later replacement. Period hands. Note: Brewster & Ingrahams made the 1st spring driven banjo clock. They altered gallery clock cases and added the lower section and used a pendulum movement. It is a scarce clock.
