Differential Power Clock Co., Chicago, "Year Running" wall clock with unique patented double spring movement in a robust oak case, and with original front tablet identifying the clock. the oak case has been refinished' there is a small chip in cornice molding, top right. Minor flaking to the gilt advertising glass. The movement is powered by two extra large cprings, contained in barrels, and with stepped down gearing to assist in winding. The original silvered/alumized dial is excellent and the full original I.D. along the bottom margin = "Manufactured by Differential Power Clock Co., Chicago, U.S.A." Large winding crank is included.
