Howard & Co./Boston", cross banded inlaid frames house the reverse-painted glasses of the geometric and cross hatched pattern in green, gold leaf and off-white, cast brass side ornaments flank the waist section and a carved pedestal completes the design at the bottom, eight day brass time only movement stamped "E. Howard & Co./Boston/ 95" with recoil escapement, powered by a weight and regulated by a brass faced pendulum bob and brass rod. Mahogany banded case in very fine condition with original glasses and gilt brass eagle. Label inside from the E. Howard Co., with serial number and date of manufacture, 1991.
