Rosewood veneered case in an old finish has minor damage at the bottom board just below the bottom door. The doors have lost their graining that simulates the rosewood veneer on the rest of the case. Original painted dial has age darkened a little with some loss at the mounting screws and couple spots on the edge. Original painted calendar dial and time dial look to have a clear coat over the paint. The spade hands are old, but replaced as they are the wrong style for this model. Original bottom tablet has minor background loss. Dark label inside is worn but still readable. This model was also made by Welch, Spring & Co. and named "Regulator No. 1". It was also sold by the firm of B.B Lewis & Son and named the "Bank Clock".
