the case has an older finish and is in excellent condition. The clock is fitted with an 8 day dial on a 30 hour brass movement and has no second hand, which the consignor claims was occasional done in the workshop. The dial is in very good condition and cleaned and restored by the Dial House. The finials, weights and pendulum are original.

Pennsylvania tall clock, 30 hour, time and strike, weight driven brass movement in a walnut case with broken arch top, flame rosettes protruding about 1.5" from end of neck, three wooden finials on wooden chimneys, four shaped full columns flanking hood, paneled plinth, trunk door flanked by quarter columns is made with unusual large knot on ogee bracket base with quarter columns. The painted metal dial has calendar disc and floral and grape painted decorations. the case has an older finish and is in excellent condition. The clock is fitted with an 8 day dial on a 30 hour brass movement and has no second hand, which the consignor claims was occasional done in the workshop.
