Germany, a Black Forest musical tall clock, 30 hour, time, strike and playing music on 21 pipes, three weight driven movement in a custom made oak case with brass appliques and a painted wooden dial featuring rampant lion in arch. the later case has been refinished with appliques a later addition and the base has water damage on the base with repairs and needs to be resecured. The early period movement is complete and in good condition. Original dial is in very good condition, Hands appear original. All the pipes are present and the pendulum and two weights are period. One lead weight is a replacement.
