Pennsylvania tall clock, 8 days, time and bell strike, weight driven movement in a cherry case with oval inlay in plinth and on trunk door with stylized top, string inlay in quarter columns on trunk, square columns flanking hood and broken arch top with inlaid rosettes and three wooden finials on French feet. The painted metal dial has moon phase with ship and American flag, center sweep seconds and calendar on center arbor. the case has an old finish. The hood door has some alterations to latch and has been braced with metal strapping on inside. The molding on upper right side of lower plinth has some older restoration. The pendulum has a broken suspension spring. The moon phase and dial have touch up as well some minor lifting.
