Chelsea Clock Co., Boston, "Tambour No. 15" mantel clock, 8 day, time only, spring-driven balance wheel movement in a tambour-form polished brass case, 4 inch signed silvered dial with Arabic numerals, and blued steel spade hands, movement serial number 214906. the heavy brass case has a slightly dark patina. Some glue or lacquer residue around the back door. Silvered dial is in good condition as is the convex beveled glass. Movement ticks briskly, but was not tested long term.
