M. W. Atkins, Bristol, Conn., miniature Cornice and Column shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike movement in a mahogany veneered case. The case retains its original finish with minor veneer loss in several areas. The columns originally had some gilt design which has mostly worn away. The dial has been repainted. The hour hand is original. The minute hand, while period, does not match. All three door glasses are original with the middle and lower green glasses in exceptional condition with very minor loss to the lower glass. There is an excellent label inside the case.
