Elam / Northwich, Winsford / Middlewich", screened lower tablet reading "Regulator" with the Ansonia trademark, steel spade hands, c1900. (2) E.N. Welch Mfg. Co., Forestville, Conn., "Drop Octagon" wall clock, 8 day, time only, spring driven movement in a tiger stripe veneer case with a papered metal dial and maltese style hands, c1890. (3) E.N. Welch Mfg. Co., Bristol, Conn., "R.C. Drop Octagon" wall clock, 8 day, time only, spring driven movement in a rosewood veneer case with a painted metal dial and lance style steel hands, c1882. (1) Complete inner label behind the glass. Some staining of the paper label. Jeweler from England's name hand-lettered on dial. Original hands and lower tablet. Movement ticks and strikes. (2) Striking figured hardwood veneer. Paper label is a replacement. Mostly complete rear label. Movement ticks. (3) Handwritten dedication on the back reads "Presented by Chas. H. Packard / Harwich, Aug. 19 1882". Nearly complete rear label. Painted metal dial with circular scratches and some darkening. Veneer losses on edges of upper portion.
