Eureka Clock Co., Ltd., London, type 1, 1000 day electric clock in a polished brass, four glass case, the batteries concealed in the base, signed Roman numeral white enamel dial, blued steel spade hands, and movement with spotted plates and large bimetallic balance, serial #2777 case with additions, brass with staining, glasses good, dial with serious fracture, hands with oxide, movement good, running, battery holder updated to accommodate four double "A" cells. This clock appears originally to have been configured as model number 5, in the Asprey catalog of Eureka clocks. The case frame and top are added, as are the glasses, and the clock now sits on longer polished brass supports in order to fit the taller case.
