Mahogany and mahogany veneered case shows remains of original finish has a veneer repair at the door lock, a small fleck and a small repair at the door bottom. Faint original stenciling on the columns. Original tablet has some very minor loss. The left side return is missing. Original painted dial has minor wear on the inner chapter ring. Original Seth Thomas movement. Very nice label inside. Correct style hands, but minute hand is too long for the early style dial with minute markings inside chapter numerals.
