This looks to a variation of the Referee model. The paper dial has been replaced. Original hands and pendulum. The top glass is a replacement. The bottom glass is original. (2) Oak case in original finish. Original paper dial has some staining in the area of the winding arbor. Original hands. pendulum and glasses. Nice label on the back. (3) Oak case in original finish.
