Ansonia Clock Co., New York, "Summer and Winter" double figural shelf clock with a spring driven, 8 day, time and strike visible escapement movement in a cast spelter case on a green enameled base. The case is in very good condition. The green finish on the cast spelter shows fading and areas of loss. The signed porcelain dial has a hairline crack at 4 and some minor chipping at the time winding arbor. The beveled glass in the bezel is in excellent condition. The movement is signed.
