E. Howard & Co., Boston, Mass., "No. 1 Regulator", wall clock, 8 day, time only weight driven movement in a cherry case with a painted metal dial, reverse painted throat and lower tablets the case has a later finish. The throat panel has a split in the top. Both tablets are repainted in the Howard & Davis style. The lower table is repainted on old glass. The pendulum rod is replaced. The signature on the dial has been strengthened. The second hand is replaced, but the others are original. The rectangular brass movement fasteners have been repositioned.
