J. Neher, Schne, Munchen, Germany tower clock, time, strike and chime, weight driven movement with pinwheel escapement and wooden drums on painted cast iron frame, dated 1928 sold "as is". The unusual movement has hinged pendulum with escapement built into the top. There is older paint on frame. The maker's signature is embossed on frame as well as printed on white enamel indicator dial.
