The case is tarnished and has some scratches. The bezel glass is missing. Key for locking bezel is present and working. The silvered dial is very tarnished with some yellow areas -- either brass or bad lacquer. Minute hand has surface rust. The rate adjustment hole in the dial was plugged and moved up to accommodate the arbor. Movement ticks. Movement serial number 41978 This in one of a very few clocks in this auction connected to a known naval vessel. An image of the U.S.S.
