Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in nice condition has minor damage on the bottom edge of the side panels that make up the bottom box. The bottom board has a glue repair most likely caused by weight damage. Finial absent, but finial plinth intact. Original painted dial has some paint flecks on the edges and minor loss at the winding arbor and mounting pins. Dial is attached to the case with three L-turns. The step train movement is mounted to the case with a screw through the backboard. Original barbed arrow hands. Duck bill hook cast iron weight. Period winding key.
