Seth Thomas Clock Co., Thomaston, Conn., "Corsair No. 8" ship's lever, 8 day, time only, spring-driven 11 jewel balance wheel movement with center seconds in a brass case with hinged bezel and hasp, 8 inch silvered dial with Arabic numerals, inner seconds track, and black spade hands. The heavy polished brass case has some fine scratches and fine cracks in the the lacquer when viewed at an angle. The silvered dial is in excellent condtion with a slight amount of darkening from age. The black finish on the brass hands has worn a little on the edges. The movement is stamped with the Seth Thomas trademark and "1-41 ". The movement ticks.
