When the yacht wheel is turned the clock is wound. If the wheel is turned while a lever on the top of the case is lifted, the hands can be rotated to the desired time. Originally, the sets came with Sheaffer pens, but none are included with this lot. Dimensions are for the Desk Set No. 3.
