This looks to be a modern made case using an old movement, door and throat frame. The gilding on the door looks to have been redone. The bottom tablet is broken and has a backing to protect it. The modern dial has some inpainting in a few places with paint that does not quite match the original. Modern hands. Modern brass bezel.
