Carved figure is in good condition. There is a small hole on the figure's right side where they carved too deeply. Some of the original pigment has been polished off of his coat and the lamp post and there are some spatters of a dark liquid on the figure's midsection. Battery compartment door on the bottom of the figure is absent. Original lamp socket, wiring, and battery holders. Glass in lamp shade may not be original. Movement is signed behind the bellows. Movement is active when wound, pumping the bellows, moving the slide whistle, and turning the figure's head. Movement is oily and dirty. Bellows will need to be restored.
