(1) The case is made of old and new parts and had been given a coat of glossy red-brown finish to tie everything together. Unsigned spring driven movement looks to be a modern Asian model. Pendulum rod has an interesting aluminum block to connect two pieces. Original metal dial has had a new paper dial applied over the surface. Replacement tablets and modern pendulum bob. Sidearms were fabricated from scratch. (2) This looks to be factory clock that was modified by the man named on the dial, "W. Boruski / Minneapolis ". Moon phase mechanism added to the back of an older metal dial. The gilding and glasses are very nice, having been done by Linda Abrams in 2011. The unsigned movement looks quite new. Dial with touch ups. Moon phase dial with thick layers of paint. Dimensions are for the clock with moon phase (2). Sold "as is ".
