There is a vertical split on the bottom portion of the upper door. The original painted dial shows loss at III. The movement is signed. The Geneva stops are missing. The hands are original. The upper door glass is original and the lower door glass is replaced. The finial is replaced. The case back bears the factory date of August 1911.
