Norris North, Torrington, Conn., 30 hour, time and strike weight wood movement pillar & scroll shelf clock. Mahogany and mahogany veneered case in an old finish has a small veneer repair on the base. The dial is an original Torrington dial, but was at one time was used with a different movement as evidenced by plugged winding holes. The movement is a nicely made copy of an original, probably by George Bruno. Tablet glass is old, but painting is replaced. Original top and feet. Period hands. Finials are modern. Clean label inside.
