Mahogany and gilt case in an old finish has a small repair where the head meets the right side throat. Both tablets are replaceds. Period dial has poorly inpainted areas of scattered loss and may not be original to the case has there are extra holes in the head. The sidearms are probably later as they are attached to the case using tabs that are part of the casting.
