White enamel dial is in excellent condition. The brass hands and fronton are also very good. There is a modern machine screw holding one half of the lower fronton. Modern washer between the hands. There is surface rust on the steel parts within the movement. Wide feet on upright movement pillars. Brass fly. The tree on the fronton represents liberty, while the cornucopia signify the abundance of nature. The profile of Napoleon and the presence of the Imperial Eagle in the fronton casting places this clock from 1804 to 1814. This clock was sold by Ivoire Saint-Etienne on October 13th, 2012 as lot number 38.
