Mahogany case in an old finish has a small ding on the throat frame and repair to the bottom board as a result of weight damage. Original painted dial is stained with some loss at the mounting pins. Dial is attached to the case with three L-turns. Original tablets have some small scattered loss at the bottom tablet. The signature on the dial is spurious as Simon Willard generally did not sign his dials. Very attractive original hands.
