the case has an old refinish and is associated with the movement. The hood has been reconstructed from some old and new elements. These Cheney movements are usually pull rope winding, but this one winds through the dial, perhaps original or an early conversion. The feet have been replaced and the finials are absent. The tin can weights are period. Includes one eagle finial that appears to be period, but is not shown in the photographs.
