the hands are mismatched, so at least one is a replacement. Seconds bit is missing. Some glue residue around inside of glass. Hinge is a bit loose. Brass case is tarnished. Movement ticks.

It seems likely that the Boston Clock Co. may have been using up dials and cases from its predecessor the Harvard Clock Company. the hands are mismatched, so at least one is a replacement.
