New Jersey area tall case clock, 8 day, time and strike, weight driven movement in a mahogany and mahogany veneer case with a broken arch pediment, center finial, four full columns flanking hood over rectangular trunk door and base with crotch mahogany veneer. The painted metal dial has moon phase, seconds bit and calendar. the case has been nicely rubbed down and retains an old finish. The right arch on hood has a repair and there is a split in the upper backboard. The center finial and feet are replaced. The dial has inpaint and the moon phase is flaking. Second hand replaced, but hour and minute hands proper. The pendulum has a brass clad bob.
