Frames with staining, rear frame with minor bend at upper left, dial with fine scratches and minor tarnish, hands with loss to blue and minor oxide, some steel with minor oxide, movement very oily and with accumulated dirt, runs well, but should be serviced, base repainted and with new fabric, dome replaced, and trimmed with electrical tape
