Aaron Willard, Boston, Massachusetts shelf clock, 8 day, time only, weight driven movement in a mahogany case with painted metal dish dial with reverse painted upper and lower tablets surmounted by brass finial the case has been refinished and the crest and finial have been replaced. The lower tablet has been repainted. The hands are appropriate replacements. The upper tablet with Aaron Willard signature has been restored and stabilized but retains much of its original paint. The original lower tablet is broken but it is included.
