The clock is a slight variant of the Parlor Calendar No. 10. The top rails and case front ornamentation, all original to this clock, are slightly different than the catalogue images of this model. This is a very scarce model and the case is in excellent condition with its original finish. The original painted time dial is in very good condition with very minor loss and slight fading around XII. The original painted calendar dial is in excellent condition. The hands are all original. The two cast iron weights are original. The movement is signed. The calendar drum papers are original and have darkened with age. Both door glasses are original. The case back bears the factory date of May, 1896.
