C.1940's Swiss, 8-day Oldsmobile car "clock"
Condition: 7-jeweled watch mounted in the steering wheel was self-winding by means of a differential gear and counter weight. Chrome plated case in nice condition now mounted in a walnut stand as a desk timepiece. Diameter of the watch bezel is 2.5". Height 8.5 inches
C.1910, Phinney-Walker, New York, (Keyless Clock Co.), Rim wind/rim set automobile timepiece.
Condition: Heavy brass case in very nice condition with a small dent in the rim of the case that is covered by the screw on bezel. Silvered dial is very clean for its age. Hands are original. Movement is sound, would benefit from service. Rear patent date 1908, serial No. 1219. Height 4 inches

In the original shipping box with label marking it as inventory. That would make it C. 1930's. Original tag on clock calls it a "Magnetic Clock" that operates on direct car battery power.
Waltham car clocks, 8 day. Movements are signed "Waltham Watch Co. USA 8 Days".
Both are clean inside, dirty outside. The one with the seconds dial has 2 hands missing. Serial numbers #23779440 and #23617371.
Waltham 8-Day Cut-Corner Travel/Car Clock
The crystal is beveled and without chips or cracks. The case is gold plated and in great condition. The face is marked WALTHAM 8 DAYS. The clock is keeping good time. It measures 3 inches at the diagonal and rises 1 inch off the table.
