Mission - wall clock. Oak case is 23" high, original, and filthy dirty.
Missing only the back cover, everything else intact. Has all the brass numerals, hands, and pendulum. Would be nicer than No. 745 if it had the back.
Mission - wall clock. Oak case is 23" high, complete, original, and filthy dirty.
It has all its parts including the brass numerals, hands, and pendulum bob. It will clean up and make a nice mission but right now it is pretty bad. I did not take it apart to see who the maker is. I did not think it mattered.
Junghans open swinger clock in a mission style walnut veneered case that is 33.5 inches high, and 14 inches wide.
There are small side glasses and a good rounded door glass. We believe the headpiece to be original. In the old country, a few wood beetles invaded and left a few holes but they are hardly noticeable. The beetles stayed in the old country. The case is very solid and it has a nice finish on the wood. The 6 inches pie shaped dial has painted on numerals. It is very clean and shows no wear. That piece is mounted onto a copper plated surround with silver cast spandrels at the top and lower corners. The copper has some bubbles, whether it is paint or some other material we are not sure.
